By selling gold, silver or platinum to N Gold & Silver Buyers, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.
We purchase old, broken, damaged or unused gold, silver and platinum jewellery, coins and utensils from customers, after purity testing conducted in person at our shop.
The price offered is based on the item's tested purity and the prevailing market rate for gold/silver/platinum at the time of the transaction. Rates may fluctuate daily based on market conditions and will be communicated to the customer before any purchase is finalized.
All items are tested for purity using standard methods, conducted transparently in the presence of the customer. The customer is free to ask questions about the testing process at any time.
Once the customer agrees to the offered price, payment is made instantly at the time of the transaction, in the manner mutually agreed (cash or other approved method).
Once a transaction is completed and payment has been made, the sale is considered final. Please ensure you are satisfied with the price and terms before completing the sale.
All transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing the purchase of precious metals in India.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
